Today was a special day for me because it felt like a culmination of months of hard work. Over the last few months, I have sought to improve my running endurance, I put in the work to lose 20 pounds, and I developed my ability to care for my health in general, especially my diabetes. It has felt like a long period of growth, and I know I have lots of room to continue getting better, but today felt like a great first step with I know I have diabetes just give me the damn cupcake shirt
